Making a claim is as easy as taking out the cover!

Once your claim form has been submitted we will attempt to
contact you within 48 hours to discuss your claim submission.
For theft: your Acorn Notebook Insurance
claims administrator will then authorise Acorn to replace your
equipment to the same or similar specification up to and including
the insured value. Do not arrange your own replacement,
as we will not cover the cost.
For accidental damage: your Acorn Notebook
Insurance claims administrator will ensure that your claim results
in authorisation to repair the equipment. Do not arrange
your own repairs, as we will not cover the cost.
If after a claim you want to continue with your policy
you will need to pay a reinstatement fee. *
*The reinstatement fee is a proportion
of your premium. This is derived by dividing your premium by
12 (months) and multiplying the total by the number of months
left on your policy. If your policy is a three-year policy you
will only have to pay reinstatement costs for the policy year
in which the incident occurs.
