CLAIMS
1.	What process should I follow to make a claim? Submit a claim form online or request a claim form by phoning 01788 563111. Please note that all claims must be reported to us within 14 days of the claim event
2.	How long will my claim take? We cannot provide timescales on claims but we aim to minimise your inconvenience by repairing your equipment or supplying a replacement as quickly as possible
3.	Does CompuCover provide cash settlement? No, your equipment will either be repaired or replaced by our approved repairers/suppliers
4.	Can you maintain or transfer the data on my machine? No, so it’s essential that you always back up data This is particularly important before being collected as part of an insurance claim
4.	Do I have to pay VAT in the event of a successful claim? If you are able to re-claim VAT, you will need to pay us the VAT element of the claim before the equipment is supplied or returned to you. You would then re-claim the VAT element through your normal VAT return
