You can make a claim online 24/7 via our online claim’s portal. Help us to speed things up by providing the right information. You will need your policy number, serial number, and date of incident to begin the claims process.

If you have already submitted a claim, you can check on the status with real time updates by logging into the claims portal with the details you would have been sent via email after submitting your claim. You will also have the opportunity to upload supporting documents including proof of purchase and pictures of the damage where necessary, which will help us to process your insurance claim.

Our dedicated UK based claims team will endeavour to process your claim within 24-48 working hours.

We understand how important your gadgets can be, and we will always make sure your device is back with you as soon as possible.

Our dedicated UK based claims team will arrange for the device to be collected and delivered back to you, by a third-party haulier company. This is included within cover and is of no extra cost to yourself.

You will need to provide a serial number and policy number. You will need a copy of your proof of purchase. For theft claims we will also ask for information such as a crime reference number.
